Since launching, poker88com has built a reputation as a trusted, innovative, and player-centric online gaming platform. We're not just a platform — we're a community of players who share the same passion for fair and fun gaming.
Our Story
Poker88com began with one simple but meaningful vision: to create an online gaming experience that truly puts player needs first. In the early days, our founding team consisted of a few individuals with backgrounds in technology, cybersecurity, and the gambling industry — all united with the goal of building something different from what was available in the Malaysian market at the time.
What we found when researching the market was that many Malaysian players were dissatisfied with existing platforms — issues including slow payouts, confusing interfaces, poor customer support, and bonuses full of hidden terms. poker88com was born as the answer to all these problems.
Over the years, we've grown rapidly — but never rushed or sacrificed quality for quantity. Every new feature, every new provider, and every interface improvement is made based on real feedback from our player community. This isn't marketing rhetoric — it's how we've operated since day one.
Today, poker88com serves hundreds of thousands of active members across Malaysia and surrounding regions, with a system specifically optimized for local users — from payment methods friendly to Malaysians, support in Bahasa Melayu, to promotions designed based on local player habits and preferences.
Our Journey
Values & Mission
Behind the technology and platform we build, there are core values that guide every decision poker88com makes.
We believe players deserve to know what they're getting into. Every bonus term, every withdrawal policy, and every game rule is written clearly and simply — without confusing legal language. poker88com hides nothing in the fine print.
The online gaming industry is constantly evolving, and poker88com never stops innovating. From integrating the latest technology in live casino streaming, to real-time odds systems for sports betting — we continuously invest in improvements that deliver real benefits to players.
Poker88com isn't just a platform — it's a community. We listen to player feedback, consider suggestions, and make product decisions based on what truly matters to our members. Player satisfaction isn't a KPI on paper — it's the purpose of our daily operations.
Every ringgit you deposit and every piece of personal data you share is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption and layered security monitoring systems. poker88com invests heavily in security infrastructure because we understand how critical trust is — once lost, it's very hard to recover.
We take responsible gaming seriously. Every poker88com account comes equipped with self-control tools — deposit limits, loss limits, playing time limits, and temporary account pause options. The fun of playing should always be within healthy boundaries.
The poker88com support team aren't bots or automated scripts — they're real people fluent in Malay who understand local player context. Whether via live chat, email, or WhatsApp, we're here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our Team
While we can't disclose all names due to industry privacy policies, we'd like to introduce some of the core roles that form the backbone of poker88com operations every day.
Our Advantages
The answer is simple — because we deliver what truly matters to local players.
All transactions on poker88com are conducted in MYR. No currency conversion, no hidden fees. Deposits and withdrawals via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and local bank transfers.
Poker88com processes withdrawals within 5 to 15 minutes for most payment methods — far faster than the industry standard which typically takes 1 to 24 hours.
Poker88com's interface, support, promotions, and payment options are all specifically designed based on the needs of Malaysian players — not just a generic translation of an international platform.
We only partner with game providers verified by independent audit bodies — Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Playtech, and others. Every game is tested for fairness before being made available to players.
Poker88com's return to player (RTP) for sports betting reaches 98% — among the highest in the Malaysian market. For casino games, RTP is regularly audited by third parties to ensure fairness.
Every poker88com promotion is designed to give real value to players — not to confuse or trap with unreasonable terms. We believe honest promotions build long-term loyalty.
Social Responsibility
Poker88com believes that fun gaming should remain entertainment — not a source of stress or financial problems. That's why we invest seriously in a responsible gaming programme that goes beyond mere legal compliance.
Every poker88com account comes with complete self-control tools. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from account settings without needing to contact the support team. These limits take effect immediately once activated. If you need a longer break, the temporary account pause option lets you rest from the platform for a period you set yourself.
The poker88com support team is also trained to recognise signs of problem gambling and will proactively offer assistance when needed. This isn't just a programme that exists on paper — it's part of our company culture that we take seriously.
Compliance & Licensing
Poker88com operates under a licence issued by a recognised international regulatory authority. All games are regularly audited by independent third parties to ensure fairness and transparency. Every financial transaction is conducted through systems that comply with international financial compliance standards including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering).
Operating under a valid license issued by an internationally recognized and respected regulatory body in the industry.
RTP and random number generator (RNG) systems are audited by independent bodies such as eCOGRA and GLI annually.
